What We Do

Dalquarter Consult Limited has the capacity to undertake Environmental and Social Impact Assessment-ESIA, Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Audit (EA) of any project. This is supported by the qualification and experience of the key Lead Experts in different fields in addition to the managerial capabilities of the support staff.

Capability Statement

Through a core team of directors, sector experts and associate consultants, the consortium has built a strong pool of highly qualified and experienced human resources that handles multi-disciplinary assignments within the country and in the Eastern, Central and South African region. The firm has access to information resource centers that are unmatched and also boast of excellent information technology equipment, technical and support staff that can handle any size of assignment within Kenya and the eastern Africa region.

Standard Approach for Implementation of Assignments

Drawing from experience of Dalquarter Consult Ltd, in facilitating assignments in the public and private sectors, our approach has the capacity to successfully conduct various studies. Our approach employs tested participatory and consultative techniques that tap on stakeholder’s inputs to ensure results that reflect the desires of the organizations the project affects.

Supervision

A field supervisor is deployed to manage the data collection and information gathering activities of the experts undertaking any consultancy assignment. Communication with Lead Consultant; Communication with Associate Consultants; Organizing interviews; Receive completed interviews tools daily and ensure they are complete and Prepare evaluation progress reports to the overall team leader are among the duties.

Consultancy Organization

Consultancy assignments at Dalquarter Consult Ltd are organized to involve teams of Lead Consultants, Associate Consultants, Field Supervisors and project assistants depending on the scope and specifications from the clientele.

Professional Team

While undertaking the selection of the team to carry out various studies, Dalquarter Consult Ltd considers what it believes to be the management and technical aspects of all the team members involved in the exercise.

Dalquarter Consult Ltd. carries out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Audits (EA) for various projects under the leadership of David Njagi Ngonge- a NEMA registered and practicing Lead Expert Reg.
